Founder & Principal Consultant: Erreka Coleman
Erreka is a seasoned executive, transformational leader, and empowerment strategist with over two decades of experience driving mission success across public, private, and federal sectors. Before founding E-SERIES™ and Think Bowl™, she served as President, Vice President, and Secretary of multiple private organizations, where she led initiatives impacting thousands of professionals, including within top-tier national security agencies and high-level government operations.
With a proven track record in DevOps leadership, Erreka oversaw operational readiness across programs exceeding $220 million collectively, while developing and delivering curricula, leadership training, and organizational strategy to more than 10,000 individuals in a 20+ year national program and armed services career. She has also managed community-focused initiatives and events, stewarding budgets and engagement for hundreds.
Erreka is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and holds an MBA and a cybersecurity degree, as well as certifications in resiliency, mental health, wellness, motivational speaking, professional management, and CompTIA Security+.
